BÁRBARA BARREDA
Architect and Master in Architecture Emergent Technologies and Design, Architectural Association. Bárbara has been Co-Director at Ciudad Emergente and has collaborated with diverse architecture practices in Santiago and London, working on projects for Latin America, USA, Europe and Asia. She has been a professor and researcher at several Universities in Chile: Diego Portales, UDD, UAI Design Lab, and UNAB, teaching architectural design courses with a design research agenda focused on material exploration and digital design. Currently, Bárbara is a Visiting Scholar in Technology and Culture at Rice University, Architecture School in Houston, USA. Also, she is Co-Director at the Architectural Association´s Visiting School "Ring of Fire". Arquitecta y Magíster en Arquitectura, Emergent Technologies and Design, Architectural Association. Bárbara ha sido Co-Directora de Ciudad Emergente y ha colaborado con diversas oficinas de arquitectura en Santiago y Londres trabajando en proyectos para Latinoamérica, EEUU, Europa y Asia. Además ha sido profesora en las Universidades Diego Portales, UDD, UAI Design Lab, y UNAB, impartiendo talleres enfocados en diseño generativo e innovación material en arquitectura. Actualmente, Bárbara es Visiting Scholar en Tecnología y Cultura en la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Rice, en Houston, EU. Es también Co-Directora del programa Visiting School "Ring of Fire" de la Architectural Association.
FELIPE SEPÚLVEDA
Architect and Master in Architecture & Urbanism "Design Research Lab, Architectural Association. He has been coordinator of the Digital Prototyping Lab and invited professor at the Architectural Association. He worked at Urban Systems Office: an architectural practice focused on generative design for big-scale projects in China. Since 2015, he has worked as a professor in architectural design and as a researcher on generative design and material innovation at UDD's Architecture Faculty, where he has also been Coordinator and Head of the Department of Technology. Currently, Felipe is Director of the Master in Architecture programme at UDD's Architecture Faculty and Co-Director of the Architectural Association´s Visiting School "Ring of Fire". Arquitecto y Magíster en Arquitectura y Urbanismo "Design Research Lab, Architectural Association. Ha sido coordinador del "Digital Prototyping Lab" y profesor invitado de la Architectural Association. Trabajó como arquitecto en "Urban Systems Office", oficina enfocada en diseño generativo para proyectos de gran escala en China. Desde 2015 se ha desempeñado como profesor en diseño arquitectónico e investigador en las áreas del diseño generativo e innovación material en la Facultad de Arquitectura de la UDD, donde también ha sido Coordinador y Jefe del departamento de Tecnología de la misma. Actualmente, Felipe es Director del Magíster de Arquitectura de la UDD y Co-Director del Visititng School "Ring of Fire" de la Architectural Association.
